Universe Atlas · public permanent structure

See the whole universe without mistaking structure for availability.

The Atlas turns ICU’s permanent hierarchy into an explorable field: five distinct studios, six Idea classes, forty-two Game categories, five editions, and two structural relationships. A verified-release layer appears only when a real public release exists.

5studio regions
61public coordinates
0verified releases

Zero releases removes the layer completely—there is no empty commerce layout.

Move spatially or read the hierarchy.

Both modes use the same public taxonomy and the same canonical deep links.

Spatial atlas

One universe. Five regions. Sixty-one permanent coordinates.

Use the region links, map controls, arrow keys, or touch drag. The inspector provides an equivalent non-spatial route to every record.

Infinite Concept Universe

One permanent umbrella connects five distinct creative studios while preserving the identity, ownership, and release boundary of each one.

Infinite Concept Universe is the complete umbrella, brand, public portal, and portfolio context for five exact studios. It gives people one coherent place to understand how ideas, shared-world game collections, singular video games, standalone applications, and downloadable digital artifacts relate without pretending they are the same kind of work.

Center the map
Purpose

Provide the stable public frame that connects the five studios, explains their differences, protects private work, and routes visitors toward permanent knowledge or verified releases without replacing any studio or product experience.

Boundary

Infinite Concept Universe is the umbrella above the studios, not a sixth studio and not an all-purpose product category. Idea Universe structures ideas by operational scale; Game Universe creates ten-game shared-world applications; Video Game Studio creates singular standalone games; Application Studio creates standalone digital instruments; and Digital Product Studio creates downloadable non-application artifacts. The umbrella coordinates understanding while those studios retain authorship and release ownership.

Visual logic

An observatory-scale field holds five visibly different paths around one stable center. Depth, lines of relation, and spatial cues show connection without turning the background into stock star wallpaper; each path inherits its studio dialect rather than receiving one recolored card treatment.

Interaction logic

Visitors move from whole to part: orient at the Observatory, enter the Atlas, choose a studio, follow permanent concept links, and reach a verified release only when one exists. Focus, keyboard, touch, and pointer feedback all use location and relationship cues, while portal transitions remain interruptible and never block navigation.

Audio logic

A short ICU sonic signature identifies the shared portal after explicit audio intent. It then yields to distinct studio motifs instead of playing one continuous soundtrack. Navigation, focus, confirmation, and error cues remain restrained, optional, locally stored, and fully replaceable by visual and textual feedback.

01 · IU-01Idea UniverseSix authority-backed classes from reusable Stars to operating Configurations.Six-class scale

Studio

Idea Universe

A structured universe where ideas become traceable, usable systems.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Idea Universe turns raw concepts into six authority-backed public classes: reusable Stars, bounded Asteroids, complete Planets, connected Solar Systems, category-scale Galaxies, and Idea Universe Configurations. Together they describe increasing scope without erasing the ownership or purpose of each component.

Purpose

Transform ideas into structured, traceable, usable modules, tools, programs, suites, category environments, and operating configurations while keeping each product’s purpose, ownership, and boundaries understandable.

Distinction

Idea Universe develops and organizes ideas and capabilities; it is not the ICU umbrella and does not govern the other four studios. It differs from Application Studio because classifying an idea by scale is not the same as building one standalone workflow instrument, and it differs from Digital Product Studio because an Idea Universe product is defined by its operational class rather than by being a downloadable artifact.

Scope
  • Reusable, host-independent feature modules that also work as focused standalone panels.
  • Focused tools with one complete bounded purpose and an independently useful workflow.
  • Complete end-to-end programs that solve a substantial need through a coherent experience.
  • Multi-product suites whose components remain independently understandable and exchange typed, user-approved handoffs.
Boundary
  • Unrelated games, applications, standalone video games, or digital products merely because they began as ideas.
  • Internal engines and infrastructure presented as ordinary customer-facing products.
  • Private planning titles exposed as if they were verified public products.
Visual motif

Revelation, connection, possibility, and thought becoming form: organic nodes gather, relationships brighten, implications unfold, and focused structures emerge from a larger field. The visual language may map, orbit, refract, reveal, or transform concepts, but it must not default every product to a decorative starfield.

Interaction motif

Users focus, connect, unfold, compare, and trace relationships. Selecting a concept should reveal what it enables, depends on, or becomes rather than opening an interchangeable marketing card. Motion may clarify formation and connection, but every relationship remains understandable in a static, keyboard-operable state.

Audio motif

An ascending harmonic reveal with light spectral detail supports moments of connection and clarification. Audio remains optional, starts only after explicit intent, and uses restrained cues for focusing, linking, confirming, and opening a deeper layer; required meaning is always available visually and textually.

Idea Universe class

Stars

Reusable host-independent feature modules that also work as focused standalone website panels.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Stars are the smallest customer-facing Idea Universe class: 32 authoritative structural inputs describing focused capabilities that can stand alone as clear panels and also be embedded inside a larger host without losing their identity or purpose.

Purpose

Represent reusable user-facing capabilities at the smallest complete public scale, so they can be understood alone and composed into larger Idea Universe products without becoming anonymous implementation fragments.

Distinction

A Star is smaller than an Asteroid because it is a reusable feature module rather than an entire focused tool. It differs from an Internal Engine or System because the Star is directly customer-facing and independently understandable. It may live inside a Planet or composite product, but its identity and host-independent contract remain visible.

Scope
  • A focused user-facing capability with a complete input, action, result, and recovery loop.
  • A host-independent panel that remains understandable when embedded in more than one larger product.
  • A reusable feature whose state, controls, purpose, and output are visible to the user.
  • A small but complete interaction that can be verified independently for touch, keyboard, privacy, and accessibility.
Boundary
  • A private engine, service, helper library, or infrastructure layer with no ordinary customer-facing experience.
  • A decorative widget, static badge, or ornamental visualization that performs no meaningful user task.
  • A focused standalone workflow whose complete value is the entire tool rather than one reusable capability.
Visual motif

A compact luminous module forms from a larger field: one clear boundary, one concentrated signal, and visible connection points that suggest reuse without turning the motif into decorative stars. The form should feel precise and portable rather than expansive.

Interaction motif

Users focus one capability, supply or inspect its inputs, act, receive a legible result, and understand how the module can connect to a host. Connection points are explanatory, not ornamental; reduced-effects mode preserves them as labeled static relationships.

Audio motif

A brief single-note reveal with a light resolving overtone marks focus or completion after audio is enabled. The cue stays compact and never implies that a small module is a complete multi-step tool.

Idea Universe class

Asteroids

Focused standalone tools with one complete bounded purpose and an independently useful workflow.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Asteroids are 140 authoritative structural inputs for focused standalone tools. Each one owns a complete workflow around a single bounded purpose, giving the user an independently useful beginning, working state, result, and recovery path without expanding into a broad program.

Purpose

Create complete narrowly scoped tools that solve one meaningful problem with minimal friction, clear boundaries, and enough independence to be useful without a larger program or suite.

Distinction

An Asteroid is larger than a Star because its identity is the entire bounded workflow, not one reusable capability. It is smaller than a Planet because it intentionally solves one focused purpose instead of operating as a substantial multi-area program. Its value comes from disciplined completeness rather than breadth.

Scope
  • A standalone tool centered on one clearly bounded practical, private, analytical, or creative purpose.
  • A complete workflow with understandable entry, working state, result, correction, and exit behavior.
  • A focused product that may reuse Stars while remaining more than a collection of disconnected panels.
  • A tool that can exchange explicit user-approved files or data without depending on an invisible surrounding suite.
Boundary
  • A single reusable feature module whose complete identity is one embedded or standalone panel.
  • A broad end-to-end program spanning several substantial needs, work areas, or persistent operating modes.
  • A thin form, calculator, or converter presented without sufficient context, recovery, or a useful final result.
Visual motif

A compact body follows one deliberate path through a constrained field, with a visible entry point, working arc, and resolved exit. The motif emphasizes bounded momentum and a complete loop rather than random drifting particles.

Interaction motif

The user enters one focused path, advances through only the steps needed for the purpose, can revise earlier decisions, and leaves with a clear result. Progress cues show scope and completion without gamifying the task or hiding alternate keyboard and reduced-motion operation.

Audio motif

A short directional pulse followed by a resolved confirmation supports movement through the bounded workflow. Audio remains sparse and only reinforces state changes already expressed through text, focus, and layout.

Idea Universe class

Planets

Complete standalone programs that solve a substantial need through a coherent end-to-end experience.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Planets are 108 authoritative structural inputs for complete standalone programs. A Planet owns a substantial need from orientation through sustained use, state management, recovery, and meaningful completion while remaining one coherent product rather than a loose suite.

Purpose

Deliver a substantial standalone program that unifies related capabilities around one central need, with coherent navigation, durable state, recovery, accessibility, and meaningful outcomes across the full experience.

Distinction

A Planet exceeds an Asteroid by supporting a substantial need across multiple related capabilities and persistent use. It remains smaller and more unified than a Solar System because all major functions belong to one program identity rather than several independently understandable products exchanging handoffs.

Scope
  • A complete program with one central need and several related capabilities that form a coherent operating model.
  • An end-to-end experience that supports orientation, ongoing work, state management, recovery, and meaningful completion.
  • A standalone product that may contain Stars and focused tool flows while remaining one understandable whole.
  • A program whose core promise can be fulfilled without requiring a separate suite, category environment, or hidden companion product.
Boundary
  • A narrowly bounded single-purpose tool that does not need a broader persistent program structure.
  • Several independent products bundled together without one coherent product identity and operating model.
  • A category environment whose purpose is to organize multiple independently owned systems.
Visual motif

A coherent world gathers several regions around one stable center. Each region has a clear purpose and route, while shared atmosphere and orientation cues make the whole program feel continuous rather than like unrelated cards.

Interaction motif

Users orient around one central model, travel among related work areas, preserve context, and return to ongoing work without losing state. Navigation reveals relationships and progress while remaining direct, searchable later, and fully operable without cinematic travel.

Audio motif

A grounded tonal center with several related interval cues gives different work areas a shared identity. The sound system remains optional and restrained, using consistent state categories rather than a continuous soundtrack.

Idea Universe class

Solar Systems

Coherent multi-product suites whose products remain independently understandable and exchange typed, user-approved handoffs.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Solar Systems are 48 authoritative structural inputs for coherent suites of multiple products. Each included product keeps its own purpose, interface, ownership, and independent usefulness while explicit typed handoffs let users move selected information between them.

Purpose

Connect several independently useful products into a coherent suite while preserving component ownership, user agency, explicit handoffs, and truthful separation between available and structural relationships.

Distinction

A Solar System is larger than a Planet because it contains multiple independently understandable products instead of one unified program. It is smaller than a Galaxy because it coordinates a coherent suite rather than organizing an entire category environment of multiple related systems. Its defining feature is explicit user-approved handoff, not mere co-branding.

Scope
  • Several complete products that share a domain or journey while remaining independently understandable and useful.
  • Typed file or data exchanges initiated and approved by the user with clear source and destination ownership.
  • Shared vocabulary, navigation conventions, sensory continuity, and backup guidance that improve movement across the suite.
  • Composite explanations that distinguish verified components from permanent structural relationships without using disabled product placeholders.
Boundary
  • One broad program whose capabilities all belong to a single product identity and internal state model.
  • A bundle of unrelated products connected only by branding, pricing, or a shared download archive.
  • Invisible synchronization, automatic cross-product transfer, or claimed integration without verified user control and compatibility.
Visual motif

Several complete worlds orbit a shared relational center, each with its own boundary and identity. Visible paths show typed handoffs and consent points; no orbit is rendered as a decorative line that implies an unavailable integration.

Interaction motif

Users can inspect each product independently, choose a source, preview a typed handoff, approve the transfer, and confirm the destination result. Suite navigation never traps the user or hides which product owns the current state, and static relationship diagrams remain available in reduced modes.

Audio motif

Distinct product motifs remain recognizable while a restrained shared interval signals an approved handoff between them. Transfer, confirmation, and failure sounds are optional, brief, and paired with explicit visual status.

Idea Universe class

Galaxies

Complete category environments that organize related systems without erasing their ownership or independence.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Galaxies are 14 authoritative structural inputs for category-scale environments. A Galaxy makes many related systems discoverable through a coherent domain map while preserving the identity, ownership, boundaries, and release truth of every included suite or product.

Purpose

Provide a complete navigable category environment that organizes many related systems, clarifies their relationships, and preserves independent ownership, product boundaries, and release truth at large scale.

Distinction

A Galaxy exceeds a Solar System because it organizes an entire category environment containing multiple related systems rather than one coherent suite. It differs from an Idea Universe Configuration because a Galaxy explains and navigates a category, while a Configuration assembles or operates an Idea Universe environment. It also remains below the ICU umbrella, which connects five studios rather than one Idea Universe category.

Scope
  • A category-wide map containing multiple related systems, suites, programs, tools, modules, and permanent concepts.
  • Progressive navigation that reveals category regions and relationships without rendering every structural record at once.
  • Shared category vocabulary and standards that improve orientation while preserving the identity of included systems.
  • A clear distinction between permanent structural knowledge and specific verified releases within the category.
Boundary
  • One coherent suite of several products whose main relationship is a shared journey and typed handoffs.
  • A giant undifferentiated card wall that treats every concept, system, and release as the same kind of object.
  • A brand category page that merely groups unrelated products without meaningful architecture or navigation.
Visual motif

A deep category field contains recognizable regions, pathways, and independently bounded systems at several scales. Density is staged through focus and zoom-like disclosure rather than stock star wallpaper or an endless grid.

Interaction motif

Users begin with category orientation, choose a region, reveal related systems, trace ownership and handoffs, and deep-link to a selected concept. Keyboard and touch controls support the same progressive layers, while reduced-effects mode replaces spatial transitions with immediate hierarchical expansion.

Audio motif

Layered but restrained tonal regions distinguish category areas after explicit audio intent. Focus narrows the sound field rather than increasing volume, and every location cue has an equivalent heading, breadcrumb, and visible state.

Idea Universe class

Idea Universe Configurations

Ways to assemble, navigate, and operate an Idea Universe environment without governing unrelated ICU studios.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Idea Universe Configurations are six authoritative structural inputs describing how an Idea Universe environment can be assembled, navigated, and operated. They coordinate Idea Universe classes and systems while remaining explicitly bounded below the ICU umbrella and outside the governance of the other four studios.

Purpose

Define bounded ways to assemble and operate the Idea Universe environment while preserving the identity of every included class, product, and system and respecting the authority of the other four studios.

Distinction

A Configuration differs from a Galaxy because it defines how an Idea Universe environment is assembled or operated rather than organizing one category and its related systems. It differs from the ICU umbrella because its authority stops at Idea Universe; it cannot classify or route Game Universe, standalone video games, applications, or digital products. It remains a customer-facing structural class, unlike private Idea Universe infrastructure.

Scope
  • A complete operating arrangement for navigating, arranging, or coordinating Idea Universe classes and environments.
  • Explicit rules for roles, views, pathways, ownership, handoffs, and structural relationships inside Idea Universe.
  • An architecture that remains coherent when specific products are absent and never treats structural counts as release inventory.
  • A bounded configuration whose authority ends at Idea Universe and preserves the five-studio hierarchy above it.
Boundary
  • A new ICU umbrella, universal operating system, or governance layer over the other four studios.
  • A Galaxy whose primary purpose is to organize one complete category environment and its related systems.
  • An implicit claim that all referenced products exist, interoperate, or are included in one customer delivery.
Visual motif

Several Idea Universe scales align into an explicit operating geometry with visible boundaries, routes, and role layers. The motif suggests assembly and control without resembling a universal command center for the other studios.

Interaction motif

Users choose an operating view, inspect included classes and ownership, follow labeled pathways, and understand what changes when a component is present or absent. Configuration changes require explicit user action and offer a stable non-animated outline in reduced modes.

Audio motif

A sparse alignment chord confirms that several Idea Universe layers have entered one operating arrangement. Individual class cues remain distinguishable, and no audio behavior crosses into another studio without explicit navigation.

Studio

Game Universe

A portfolio of shared-world applications, each containing exactly ten complete games.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Game Universe is organized as 42 authoritative categories crossed with five materially distinct editions, producing 210 application positions and a structural total of 2,100 primary games. Each category–edition cell is one cohesive application, and each application contains exactly ten independently complete games connected by a shared world.

Purpose

Transform every authoritative category–edition cell into one complete shared-world application containing exactly ten independently complete primary games, with meaningful relationships and progression across the whole experience.

Distinction

Game Universe creates coordinated ten-game applications. Video Game Studio creates one singular standalone game. The distinction is structural and experiential: a Game Universe application must sustain ten complete games and their shared-world relationships, while a Video Game Studio release concentrates its entire progression, space, and identity into one game.

Scope
  • Complete shared-world applications built from one exact category and one exact edition.
  • Exactly ten independently complete primary games inside every Full application.
  • Cross-game progression, places, collections, restoration, discovery, or other category-native relationships that make the shared world meaningful.
  • Mechanically, spatially, visually, interactively, and sonically distinct edition interpretations.
Boundary
  • A singular standalone game, which belongs to Video Game Studio.
  • A launcher, menu, or venue filled with placeholders for absent games.
  • Ten cabinet reskins or shallow activities that share only a theme.
Visual motif

Kinetic cabinets, visible rules, playable lanes, scores, meters, venue-scale structures, and category breadth. Hard edges and discrete states communicate play energy, while the selected category and edition determine the exact spatial and visual form. Scale appears through layered routes and playable relationships, not an endless wall of equal cards.

Interaction motif

Immediate cause and effect, legible rules, fast feedback, and movement between world-scale progression and individual games. Users should understand what they can play, what a result changed, and how each game contributes. Keyboard, pointer, and touch feedback remain responsive without forcing cinematic transitions to delay play.

Audio motif

A short pulse sequence with crisp game-like transients establishes the studio family, while every category, edition, shared world, and primary game receives its own concept-native music, ambience, and effects. Audio is adjustable and fully mutable; visual, haptic, or textual equivalents carry required cues.

Edition-first entry

Five material transformations

An edition changes mechanics, space, interaction, visual language, motion, and sound—not only surface style.

Game Universe edition

Retro Pixel

Authentic limited-palette pixel art, integer-aware composition, compact era-native mechanics, crisp silhouettes, and purpose-built chiptune or tracker-inspired sound.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Authentic limited-palette pixel art, integer-aware composition, compact era-native mechanics, crisp silhouettes, and purpose-built chiptune or tracker-inspired sound. This edition treats constraint as expressive discipline as a full transformation contract across all 42 categories, not as a cosmetic skin.

Purpose

Transform all 42 Game Universe categories through constraint as expressive discipline while preserving category identity and producing materially distinct applications rather than recolored duplicates.

Distinction

Retro Pixel is not interchangeable with Modern Pixel, Low-Poly 3D, Cinematic Anime, or Concept-Native. Its defining obligation is constraint as expressive discipline; the category must be rebuilt through that obligation rather than receiving a superficial layer after mechanics and layout are already fixed.

Scope
  • Integer-aware pixel composition and readable silhouettes.
  • Mechanics whose clarity benefits from discrete states, grids, timing, or compact feedback.
  • Purpose-built chiptune or tracker-inspired sound rather than compressed orchestral imitation.
  • Interface and animation budgets designed around the category instead of generic retro ornament.
Boundary
  • High-resolution art reduced after production.
  • Modern interfaces hidden beneath pixel borders.
  • Palette swaps used as the only difference from another edition.
Visual motif

Limited but category-specific palettes, integer-aligned forms, tile and sprite logic, purposeful dithering, readable hit and state silhouettes, and depth created without blurring the pixel grid.

Interaction motif

Crisp discrete feedback, compact state changes, direct inputs, strong timing readability, and controls that feel native to the category rather than artificially archaic.

Audio motif

Original tracker-like patterns, pulse and noise textures, short readable transients, and category-specific motifs composed for limited timbral space. Audio remains off until explicit intent and all required cues have visual or textual equivalents.

Game Universe edition

Modern Pixel

High-detail contemporary pixel art with expressive animation, layered depth, modern lighting, richer systems, and modern interaction without losing pixel coherence.

High-detail contemporary pixel art with expressive animation, layered depth, modern lighting, richer systems, and modern interaction without losing pixel coherence. This edition treats contemporary pixel systems and expressive motion as a full transformation contract across all 42 categories, not as a cosmetic skin.

Purpose

Transform all 42 Game Universe categories through contemporary pixel systems and expressive motion while preserving category identity and producing materially distinct applications rather than recolored duplicates.

Distinction

Modern Pixel is not interchangeable with Retro Pixel, Low-Poly 3D, Cinematic Anime, or Concept-Native. Its defining obligation is contemporary pixel systems and expressive motion; the category must be rebuilt through that obligation rather than receiving a superficial layer after mechanics and layout are already fixed.

Scope
  • High-detail pixel art authored at an intentional native scale.
  • Layered animation, lighting, particles, and depth that preserve readable pixel structure.
  • Richer systems and contemporary interaction without abandoning discrete visual logic.
  • Modern audio and interface treatment tailored to the category.
Boundary
  • Vector or painted assets passed through a pixelation effect.
  • Retro constraints copied without a reason.
  • Excessive particles that obscure rule states.
Visual motif

High-detail pixel scenes, expressive frame animation, layered parallax, modern lighting translated into pixel logic, and interfaces that respect the underlying grid.

Interaction motif

Responsive contemporary controls, richer state transitions, tactile animation, and layered systems whose complexity remains readable at phone and desktop scales.

Audio motif

Fuller original music and effects with precise transient design, layered ambience, and motifs that synchronize with expressive pixel motion without overwhelming play. Audio remains off until explicit intent and all required cues have visual or textual equivalents.

Game Universe edition

Low-Poly 3D

Purpose-specific stylized geometry, readable spatial interaction, tactile objects, camera-aware controls, environmental storytelling, and performance-scalable three-dimensional play.

This edition treats readable spatial play through purpose-built geometry as a full transformation contract across all 42 categories, not as a cosmetic skin.

Purpose

Transform all 42 Game Universe categories through readable spatial play through purpose-built geometry while preserving category identity and producing materially distinct applications rather than recolored duplicates.

Distinction

Low-Poly 3D is not interchangeable with Retro Pixel, Modern Pixel, Cinematic Anime, or Concept-Native. Its defining obligation is readable spatial play through purpose-built geometry; the category must be rebuilt through that obligation rather than receiving a superficial layer after mechanics and layout are already fixed.

Scope
  • Purpose-specific stylized geometry with clear interactive silhouettes.
  • Camera-aware controls and spatial mechanics designed together.
  • Tactile objects, navigable depth, and environmental storytelling.
  • Performance-scalable lighting, effects, and world density.
Boundary
  • A 2D game extruded into shallow 3D.
  • Generic low-poly asset packs determining the world identity.
  • Camera motion used as spectacle while obscuring navigation.
Visual motif

Purpose-built silhouettes, economical geometry, readable depth planes, tactile materials, navigational lighting, and category-native environments rather than stock polygon scenery.

Interaction motif

Spatial manipulation, traversal, camera-aware feedback, object handling, and clear affordances that remain usable with touch, pointer, and keyboard.

Audio motif

Position-aware ambience, object-material feedback, spatially legible cues, and original category motifs that remain understandable in mono or without sound. Audio remains off until explicit intent and all required cues have visual or textual equivalents.

Game Universe edition

Cinematic Anime

Original cinematic animation language, expressive characters and environments, dramatic framing, integrated interfaces, dynamic audio, and no imitation of protected franchises or living artists.

Original cinematic animation language, expressive characters and environments, dramatic framing, integrated interfaces, dynamic audio, and no imitation of protected franchises or living artists. This edition treats original cinematic animation with playable dramatic focus as a full transformation contract across all 42 categories, not as a cosmetic skin.

Purpose

Transform all 42 Game Universe categories through original cinematic animation with playable dramatic focus while preserving category identity and producing materially distinct applications rather than recolored duplicates.

Distinction

Cinematic Anime is not interchangeable with Retro Pixel, Modern Pixel, Low-Poly 3D, or Concept-Native. Its defining obligation is original cinematic animation with playable dramatic focus; the category must be rebuilt through that obligation rather than receiving a superficial layer after mechanics and layout are already fixed.

Scope
  • Original expressive characters, creatures, objects, or environments.
  • Dramatic framing that supports rather than delays interaction.
  • Integrated interfaces, motion, and dynamic audio designed with the category mechanics.
  • Distinct scene language and emotional pacing without protected imitation.
Boundary
  • Imitation of a protected franchise, studio, character, or living artist.
  • Long unskippable spectacle that blocks navigation or replay.
  • Static visual-novel framing applied to every category.
Visual motif

Original expressive silhouettes, deliberate cinematic composition, dramatic lighting, controlled motion arcs, category-native interface integration, and scene transitions that preserve player orientation.

Interaction motif

Playable dramatic beats, responsive control during transitions, character or object expression tied to state, and navigation that never waits on spectacle unnecessarily.

Audio motif

Original thematic scoring, expressive effects, dynamic ambience, restrained voice-like textures where appropriate, and immediate mute and subtitle-equivalent control. Audio remains off until explicit intent and all required cues have visual or textual equivalents.

The strongest purpose-specific visual, mechanical, spatial, interface, motion, and sonic form derived directly from the category and application premise; never an unspecified mixed style. This edition treats the category’s strongest purpose-specific form as a full transformation contract across all 42 categories, not as a cosmetic skin.

Purpose

Transform all 42 Game Universe categories through the category’s strongest purpose-specific form while preserving category identity and producing materially distinct applications rather than recolored duplicates.

Distinction

Concept-Native is not interchangeable with Retro Pixel, Modern Pixel, Low-Poly 3D, or Cinematic Anime. Its defining obligation is the category’s strongest purpose-specific form; the category must be rebuilt through that obligation rather than receiving a superficial layer after mechanics and layout are already fixed.

Scope
  • A documented sensory and mechanical rationale derived from the exact category.
  • Purpose-specific interfaces, spaces, materials, motion, and sound.
  • A coherent form that may combine techniques only when the premise requires them.
  • Distinctive interaction vocabulary that could not be swapped into an unrelated category.
Boundary
  • An undefined mixed style.
  • A collage of fashionable techniques without one governing rationale.
  • Reusing another edition and renaming it Concept-Native.
Visual motif

A category-derived visual system whose materials, scale, depth, typography, and motion follow the governing premise rather than a preset medium label.

Interaction motif

A purpose-built interaction grammar that makes the category’s central actions intuitive, tactile, and meaningfully different from the other four editions.

Audio motif

An original sonic language derived from the category’s materials, spaces, actions, and emotional logic, with complete quiet and non-audio variants. Audio remains off until explicit intent and all required cues have visual or textual equivalents.

Structural entry

Application → Primary Game

The two permanent relationships explain how 210 positions and 2,100 primary-game positions are organized without naming unreleased work.

Game Universe structure

Application

One category–edition cell becomes one cohesive shared-world application containing exactly ten complete primary games.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

An Application is the product-level structural unit of Game Universe. It locks one authoritative category and one authoritative edition, then turns that exact pairing into a shared world with ten independently complete games, cross-game progression, coherent controls, save behavior, accessibility, and a unified sensory identity.

Purpose

Bind one exact category and one exact edition into a complete ten-game product whose shared world creates meaning across independently complete games.

Distinction

An Application is neither a category nor an edition: it is their concrete intersection. The category says what kind of ten-game world must exist; the edition says how that world is transformed; the application is the complete product that resolves both obligations. It also differs from a Primary Game, which is one independently complete playable unit inside the application.

Scope
  • One exact category and one exact edition.
  • A coherent shared-world premise and player role.
  • Exactly ten independently complete primary games in the Full.
  • Cross-game progression or world consequences that matter.
Boundary
  • A singular standalone game.
  • A launcher or menu presented as a world.
  • Ten reskins of one mechanic.
Visual motif

A visible category–edition cell expanding into one shared-world threshold, ten distinct playable nodes, and feedback routes returning results to the world without resembling a spreadsheet or commerce layout.

Interaction motif

Move from a legible world state into one primary game, complete a meaningful play loop, return with a visible consequence, and retain immediate access to pause, recovery, controls, and the other games.

Audio motif

One application signature links world and game transitions, while each primary game has its own concept-native music, ambience, and effects. Audio is consent-based, mutable, and never the sole carrier of rules or results.

Game Universe structure

Primary Game

One independently complete playable game inside a Game Universe application, with its own full play loop and world contribution.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

A Primary Game is not a minigame placeholder. It must stand as a complete game—with onboarding, objective, decisions, challenge, failure, recovery, results, completion, replay value, audiovisual identity, and verification—while also changing or revealing the application’s shared world.

Purpose

Guarantee that every Game Universe application contains ten genuinely complete and replayable games rather than a venue filled with shallow activities.

Distinction

A Primary Game differs from an Application because it is one complete playable unit rather than the entire shared-world product. It differs from a decorative activity because it has its own meaningful decisions, failure and recovery, completion, replay value, and verification path. It differs from a standalone Video Game Studio release because its consequences and identity are also designed to belong within a ten-game application.

Scope
  • A complete onboarding-to-result play loop.
  • Distinct objectives, decisions, failure, recovery, completion, and replay value.
  • A unique mechanical and audiovisual identity.
  • A meaningful contribution to the shared application world.
Boundary
  • A tutorial fragment or interactive vignette presented as a full game.
  • A cabinet reskin of another primary game.
  • A passive scene whose only action is advancing text.
Visual motif

A distinct playable chamber, instrument, attraction, field, or system with a clear objective state and an unmistakable return path into the shared world. Visual identity must differ from the other nine games while remaining native to the application.

Interaction motif

Immediate rule comprehension, responsive feedback, meaningful decisions, recoverable failure, a clear result, and a visible contribution to the shared world. The game should be enterable and replayable without navigating cinematic delay.

Audio motif

A game-specific motif and feedback language nested inside the application signature, with independent category-native ambience and effects, global mute compliance, and complete visual or textual equivalents.

03 · VG-03Video Game StudioOne authored world, one complete standalone website game.Open studio definition

Studio

Video Game Studio

One authored world, one complete standalone website game.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Video Game Studio concentrates every product around a singular player fantasy and one complete game. Premise, verbs, mechanics, world, progression, saving, failure, recovery, completion, interface, visuals, music, ambience, and sound are designed as one coherent standalone experience.

Purpose

Create singular complete interactive worlds whose premise, mechanics, space, progression, controls, visuals, interface, music, ambience, and sound form one standalone website video game.

Distinction

Video Game Studio owns one singular standalone game per release. It differs from Game Universe, where one product must coordinate exactly ten complete games inside a shared world, and from Application Studio, where the primary value is completing a real workflow rather than progressing through game systems.

Scope
  • One central player fantasy supported by primary and secondary verbs.
  • A complete core loop with meaningful decisions, success, failure, retry, and recovery.
  • Progression, saving, normal completion, mastery, and replay value appropriate to the game.
  • Concept-native space, interface, visuals, music, ambience, and sound.
Boundary
  • A Game Universe application containing ten primary games.
  • A menu of future games or an anthology represented by empty slots.
  • An unfinished vertical slice presented as a complete commercial release.
Visual motif

Cinematic thresholds, a singular horizon or gate, authored silhouettes, dramatic focus, and purposeful negative space. The page and product should feel like approaching one world, not browsing a game catalog. Atmospheric motion may deepen the threshold but must never cover controls or delay entry.

Interaction motif

One focused threshold leads toward the game’s central verb and world. Interaction emphasizes anticipation, commitment, responsive control, consequence, retry, and recovery rather than browsing parallel product choices. Every cinematic layer yields immediately to navigation and play.

Audio motif

A low tonal foundation with a distant upper shimmer suggests a singular world beyond the threshold. The specific game then owns its music, ambience, environmental sound, interface cues, and dynamic transitions. Audio remains opt-in, adjustable, fully mutable, and never substitutes for required visual information.

Studio

Application Studio

A complete digital instrument built around one real workflow and the user’s agency.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Application Studio turns a practical need, private practice, decision, record, or creative process into one focused standalone website application. The product’s workflow, local data behavior, evidence, assumptions, outputs, privacy, and sensory identity are designed together as a trustworthy instrument rather than a generic dashboard.

Purpose

Create complete standalone website applications that transform real workflows, private practices, decisions, records, or creative needs into useful, expressive, trustworthy digital instruments.

Distinction

Application Studio is defined by task completion and user agency. It differs from Idea Universe because a standalone application is owned as one workflow instrument rather than classified by an Idea Universe scale, from Video Game Studio because progress is measured through useful work rather than game progression, and from Digital Product Studio because the primary product is interactive software rather than a static downloadable artifact.

Scope
  • A complete useful workflow with a clear beginning, transformation, result, and recovery path.
  • Concept-native instruments or environments whose interaction communicates purpose and agency.
  • Local-first and user-owned data behavior where applicable.
  • Save, history, export, backup, restore, and recovery when those capabilities are promised.
Boundary
  • A generic dashboard assembled from interchangeable feature cards.
  • A chatbot wrapper that delegates the essential workflow instead of completing it.
  • A static form without a complete useful transformation and result.
Visual motif

Impossible instruments, calibrated modules, dials, meters, tactile keys, private state, and purposeful surfaces. Visual expression should embody the workflow and make state legible; it must not collapse into a conventional analytics dashboard or decorative glass panels.

Interaction motif

Direct manipulation, calibrated response, reversible actions, visible state, deliberate saving, and clear output. Controls should feel like operating an instrument whose behavior can be understood and trusted. Touch, pointer, and keyboard feedback communicate agency without hiding essential functions behind gestures.

Audio motif

Tactile transients followed by precise harmonic responses mark focus, adjustment, confirmation, and completion. Audio stays restrained, opt-in, adjustable, and fully mutable so private or practical work remains comfortable; every state and result is also communicated without sound.

Studio

Digital Product Studio

A complete downloadable artifact whose contents, formats, rights, and use are explicit.

Open definition, scope, and motifs
Definition

Digital Product Studio creates books, guided systems, workbooks, templates, reference packages, design resources, creative collections, and other complete non-application artifacts. Every release is understood through what files it contains, how they open, what they help the customer do, and what ownership or reuse rights accompany them.

Purpose

Create complete downloadable non-application products—such as books, guided systems, templates, design resources, reference packages, and other digital artifacts—with practical use, coherent presentation, and clear rights.

Distinction

Digital Product Studio owns complete downloadable non-application artifacts. It differs from Application Studio because the core value resides in files and documented use rather than an interactive software workflow, and from Idea Universe because the artifact’s studio ownership is determined by its final form rather than by an Idea Universe class.

Scope
  • Books, guides, workbooks, and guided systems with complete usable content.
  • Templates and reference packages with documented formats and practical instructions.
  • Design resources and creative asset collections with clear provenance and permitted-use terms.
  • Other complete downloadable artifacts explicitly approved by product authority.
Boundary
  • An unfinished outline or sparse concept summary sold as a finished product.
  • A product idea presented as though execution files already exist.
  • Software mislabeled as a static digital artifact.
Visual motif

Living archives, shelves, spines, papers, stamps, provenance marks, layered materials, and collectible depth. The interface may feel like opening a book, vault, workbench, collection, or guided system, while keeping actual contents and formats more prominent than decorative packaging.

Interaction motif

Examine, unfold, compare, sample, preserve, and understand what is included. Interaction reveals provenance, format, contents, rights, and representative material rather than presenting anonymous download tiles. Every preview clearly distinguishes the free sample from the paid delivery package.

Audio motif

A quiet plucked archive motif with subtle material texture may accompany opening, unfolding, stamping, or confirming an artifact. Audio remains optional and restrained; file contents, rights, format, and navigation are never conveyed by sound alone.
