01 · Scope and acceptance

Terms for the root website.

These terms apply to infiniteconceptuniverse.com and its public root-portal materials. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. Effective and last reviewed: July 31, 2026.

Product subdomains, Demo packages, Full customer files, checkout providers, and delivery providers may carry additional verified terms. When those terms apply, the relevant product page identifies them before a purchase or download action.

02 · Permitted use

Browse, learn, and link without misrepresentation.

You may browse the public site, use its accessibility and sensory controls, search its permanent taxonomy, quote limited portions with appropriate attribution where permitted by law, and link to public pages.

You may not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, probe for secrets, introduce malicious code, scrape in a way that impairs service, impersonate ICU, falsely claim endorsement, remove required notices, or use public material in a way that violates law or another party’s rights.

03 · Intellectual property and licenses

Reserved materials and permissive resources remain distinguishable.

Unless a Credits, Licenses, or product-specific notice states otherwise, original ICU text, branding, interface design, visual systems, audio, taxonomy presentation, and original code are reserved materials. Public browser delivery does not grant a general right to copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative products from those materials.

Third-party resources remain governed by their own licenses. The current root site’s Lucide-derived icon subset retains ISC and MIT notices. No ICU statement overrides rights granted by those licenses.

04 · Product records, purchases, and ownership

The root portal is a verified handoff layer.

A product record can appear only after its title, studio placement, public description, final-quality Demo, separate Full package, exact price, checkout, delivery, compatibility, accessibility, privacy, support, rights, version, release date, media, hosted verification, and verified status pass the public gate.

The root site does not process payment or host paid Full customer archives. A verified product page explains what a purchaser receives, how files open, what use or license rights apply, whether an account or connection is required, the update policy, and the checkout provider’s purchase or refund terms. The normal ICU commercial model is a free final-quality Demo and a Full edition priced at USD $17.99 one time, unless an exact verified product authority discloses a lawful difference.

05 · Accuracy, availability, and external links

Claims are conservative; service can still be interrupted.

ICU works to keep public information synchronized with verified behavior and may correct errors, remove an invalid release record, or update a policy when the underlying site changes. The site is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, browser behavior, security response, or hosting events.

External links are labeled or evident from context. External services control their own content, availability, privacy, security, and terms. A link does not transfer control of that service to ICU or imply endorsement beyond the verified purpose of the handoff.

06 · Accessibility and lawful rights

Design commitments do not waive legal protections.

The site uses accessible structure, keyboard operation, reduced settings, non-audio equivalents, and non-spatial alternatives, but no statement guarantees identical behavior across every browser and assistive-technology combination. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
