Original ICU materials are reserved unless an explicit license says otherwise. The current root site also includes a small locally bundled Lucide-derived icon subset under permissive ISC and MIT notices.

The adapted local control-symbol subset retains the Lucide ISC permission and notice.
Feather-derived portions
Lucide preserves an MIT notice for portions derived from Feather Icons; that notice remains part of this package record.
No remote license chain
The root runtime does not pull remote fonts, images, icons, audio, frameworks, or third-party scripts.
01 · Original ICU materials
Browser delivery is not a blanket open-source grant.
Unless a file, page, product license, or credits record explicitly states otherwise, the root website’s original text, branding, taxonomy presentation, interface design, visual assets, generated ICU sound cues, data projections, and original code are proprietary materials of Infinite Concept Universe.
You may use the public website as allowed by the Website Terms and applicable law. A visitor does not receive a general right to redistribute, resell, rebrand, or create competing products from original ICU materials merely because those materials are delivered to a browser.
02 · Lucide-derived control symbols
A permissive local subset with preserved notices.
The local file site/assets/icons/sensory-icons.svg contains 12 adapted control symbols: volume-2, volume-x, audio-lines, sparkles, play, home, map, orbit, sliders, menu, x, and arrow-up-right. Stroke geometry and symbol packaging were normalized into one local SVG sprite. No Lucide package or remote runtime is included.

03 · Original audio
Eighteen locally synthesized WAV files.
The ICU signature, five studio motifs, four interface cues, Observatory ambience, Game Universe ambience, and the Video Game Studio, Application Studio, and Digital Product Studio ambience/motif pairs are original package materials. They are not derived from third-party recordings or sample libraries. File metadata and origin are recorded in the local audio manifest.

Technology references do not imply sponsorship.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SVG, WAV, Web Audio API, GitHub, Cloudflare, Chromium, Firefox, WebKit, and other technology or platform names identify formats, standards, tools, compatibility targets, or services. Their mention does not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship by ICU.
05 · Product-specific rights
Every release must state the rights that actually ship.
A verified product records what the purchaser receives, whether software is licensed or files are owned for specified use, permitted personal or commercial reuse, redistribution restrictions, third-party license effects, data ownership, update policy, and checkout-provider terms. Digital-product reuse rights are never inferred from the root website’s general terms.
A product with missing or conflicting rights evidence cannot pass the release gate and cannot appear in the root catalog, Atlas release layer, search, structured data, or product route.
