Privacy notice

Your choices stay local; the public site avoids surveillance.

This notice describes the behavior of the root Infinite Concept Universe website at infiniteconceptuniverse.com. Product subdomains and external checkout services have their own verified disclosures when they are active.

Effective date

No analytics or ads

The root site includes no analytics SDK, advertising network, behavioral profiler, tracking pixel, or social embed.

Local preferences only

Display, quiet, and optional-audio choices are stored in this browser so the controls can remember your settings.

Local search

Concept and taxonomy searches run from a bundled public index in the page; queries are not submitted to ICU.

No account or payment form

The root site has no account system, contact form, payment processor, or public customer-data store.

01 · Scope

What this notice covers.

This notice covers the static root portal, its permanent studio and taxonomy pages, its local search, its display and audio controls, and its dormant verified-release framework. It does not silently extend to a product subdomain, checkout provider, download host, email provider, or other external service.

Effective and last reviewed: .

02 · Browser storage

Small settings, stated precisely.

Storage used by the current root website
StorageWhat is storedWhyDuration
Local storageMotion mode, effects level, quiet modeRestores sensory choices on later visits in the same browser.Until changed or cleared through browser site-data controls.
Local storageAudio enabled state, mute state, volume, calm/full profileRestores optional audio controls. Audio is off by default until a visitor enables it.Until changed or cleared through browser site-data controls.
Session storageTemporary route intent and the element used to enter another pageReturns keyboard focus to a sensible place after Back/Forward navigation.Limited to the browser tab session and discarded when no longer valid.
In-memory onlyCurrent local search query and resultsFilters the bundled public taxonomy while the page is open. Not intentionally persisted by the site.

The site sets no first-party cookie and includes no cookie banner because its current code does not use cookies.

03 · Network behavior

What leaves the browser—and what does not.

Normal page requests

Your browser requests the static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, JSON, and other local assets needed for the page. Cloudflare Pages and related network infrastructure may process ordinary delivery and security records such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp, response status, and security signals.

Optional audio requests

Audio is off by default. WAV files are bundled on the same site and are requested only after audio has been enabled and a sound or ambience is invoked. There is no audio autoplay, remote audio host, or microphone access.

The site does not intentionally send sensory settings or search queries to ICU. It contains no fetch, XHR, WebSocket, beacon, or remote runtime request for analytics, profiling, advertising, or release-registry loading.

04 · Information not collected by the root site

No account database hides behind the observatory.

  • No user account or login
  • No contact or newsletter form
  • No comments or public profile
  • No payment-card collection
  • No advertising identifier
  • No behavioral analytics
  • No precise-location request
  • No microphone or camera request

Search controls are local interface elements, not data-submitting forms. The root release framework remains static and generates public pages only at build time from records that pass the verified-release gate.

05 · Verified releases and external services

A release link does not erase service boundaries.

When a verified release is active, the root portal links to the product’s production subdomain rather than duplicating the complete product site. A purchase action is an explicit external HTTPS handoff. The verified product record must identify the checkout provider, delivery behavior, account or connectivity requirements, privacy behavior, support route, and applicable purchase/refund terms before the record can become public.

The public root repository never contains the paid Full customer package, payment secrets, client-side unlocks, or private release evidence.

06 · Your choices

Control or clear local settings at any time.

Use the site’s experience controls to change motion, visual effects, quiet mode, audio state, mute, volume, and calm audio. Use your browser’s site-data settings to remove all stored ICU preferences. Blocking storage leaves the site usable; preferences simply become session-only or return to defaults.

Blocking JavaScript preserves the permanent text, ordinary links, trust pages, and native disclosure elements. Interactive search, the dock panels, route-focus enhancement, and optional audio require JavaScript.

07 · Changes and questions

The notice follows behavior, not speculation.

The effective date changes when the root site’s actual data or service behavior changes. General self-service information is available on Website Guidance. Product-specific privacy and support information belongs with each verified product record and product subdomain.
